Floor 2 is the second chapter of Rozen Maiden 0.

Summary[]

The young master arrives once again to the Youunkaku. As he ascends the elevator, he notes that their guide mentions that the girl who is supposed to be operating the elevator is missing. At the top, he uses the binoculars to look out over the city and speaks to a man about how eventually he will be able to see into a dream. Unfortunately, this is cut short as he suddenly has a coughing fit. He recovers in a room and is then visited by Suigintou.

Back at the Rose Mansion, Kiku is seen sneaking around holding Suiseiseki. Kiku explains that since the young master is looking for a Rozen Maiden, it must be Suiseiseki that he's looking for. They discover his room empty. Suiseiseki then explains that she must be wrong, as there are other dolls and he must be looking for one of them.

The young master tells Suigintou that he's there to find a Rozen Maiden, but not her. He speaks of a dream he had where he was on a train and a mysterious figure showed him the contents of a case, speaking of a Rozen Maiden. Suigintou finds it amusing that he is chasing this dream, but also that this tower they're on might also just be in a dream too. She then mentions that the Rozen Maiden number eight total, which catches his interest. He voices his confusion as he was informed that there was only seven dolls, but Suigintou clarifies saying that there is a Zeroth Doll. She offers him her assistance.

The young master returns home and tells Kiku that Hana is missing. Suiseiseki urges her to take action, but Kiku is convinced it's just a misunderstanding. Suiseiseki thinks that the twelfth floor of the Youunkaku has to be related to her and the Rozen Maidens and that Kiku should take her there.

The young master is seen relaxing and recalling his dream. The doll shown in the case is revealed to be Shinku.
