Tale 6 is the sixth chapter of the second Rozen Maiden manga series.
Summary[]
After looking at the email that tells him to make his own doll, Jun picks up the new How to make a Girl book. He reads through the book and picks up the new doll's hands. The email tells him that his world is already changing but he must make the doll so the world will have the potential to branch out.
Shinku praises Jun for making the tea correctly. He quickly leaves before Shinku can ask him something. Meimei and Lempicka alert Shinku to the roof where Suigintou has collapsed from being out of energy. She loads Suigintou into her own case. She realizes that Suigintou must have been very worried about her master if she went looking for her without bringing her case.
At work, Jun is exhausted from building the new doll. Saitou becomes concerned about him. He thinks back on what Yamaguchi said to him about Saitou and feels detached from her. He feels like nobody has ever really been his side.
He returns home and discovers a new How to Make a Girl book in the mailbox. He messages back on his phone and receives word that he must complete the doll as soon as possible. He soon focuses entirely on making the doll. He is encouraged by the messages telling him his world is changing now but at the same time he neglects Saitou's attempts to get him to talk during work.
He remembers the event that made him become a hikkikomori and feels useless. His ringtone goes off on his phone and he picks it up to hear Nori on the other end and the two talk for a bit because Nori sent him some rice.
Shinku has picked up on Jun's strange behavior recently and asks him why he's nervous. Jun just wants her to go to sleep so he can work on the new doll. She gets him to sit down with her and read the newspaper with her. They talk about the use of a paper and how a greater purpose of the item an be to keep the ideas of people alive beyond their lifespan. Shinku tells him that even though there may be nothing yet of her after she leaves this world, she wants him to remember her.
Jun continues working on the doll that night. Suigintou discovers him working and takes interest.
In the N-Field, Laplace's Demon is seen exiting a door saying that mail can only go through one side now. In another place, wound Jun is seen reading the emails through a computer monitor.
